With an extensive background in both culinary arts and hospitality management, Chef Rajdi Pojanaku has dedicated his life to crafting culinary excellence and shaping the future of the Albanian hospitality industry. Born and raised in Tirana, Albania, Rajdi’s passion for food and hospitality began early, leading him to study at the esteemed Hospitality and Tourism University “MODUL” in Vienna, Austria, where he honed his skills in culinary arts and tourism management.
Throughout his career, Rajdi has worked in distinguished kitchens and luxury hotels, such as Tirana International Hotel and Austria Trend Hotels & Resorts. His journey from Albania to Austria and beyond has allowed him to master international cuisines and develop a unique, refined style. Today, as a lecturer at Tirana’s Hospitality & Tourism Professional High School, he teaches culinary arts, kitchen management, and hotel management to inspire the next generation of chefs.
